The Pine Room is the perfect place for your next business meeting or small social event, such as a baby shower, bridal shower, birthday party or anniversary celebration.
The 960 ft2 room features the following:
· 6 - 7' rectangle tables
· 1 - 6' rectangle table
· 2 – 8' rectangle folding tables
· Chairs to seat up to 50 people
· A small kitchenette with counter-height refrigerator and microwave.
· Private bathroom
· 32" television
· NOTE: "As is" offering; unable to provide extra tables/chairs or any other equipment.
PRICING PER DAY: $100 + $7 tax = $107 total
PAYMENT SCHEDULE: must be paid in full when reserved.
SECURITY: a $100 Security Deposit and a valid credit card is required when reserving. A Resort manager will inspect the hall within 72 hours of the conclusion of the event and - if the condition is deemed satisfactory - will refund the Security Deposit.
CANCELLATION: Full refund if cancelled 30 days before event. No refund if cancelled less than 30 days.
HOURS: 1 DAY EVENT: Access to the room - including pre-event decorating - is granted no earlier than 8:30 a.m. the day of the event. The event must end and key returned to the Front Desk by 11 p.m.
HOURS: MULTI-DAY EVENT: Access to the room - including pre-event decorating - is granted no earlier than 8:30 a.m. on the first day of the event. You have 24-hour access until the final day; the event must end and key returned to the Front Desk by 11 p.m.
FOOD & BEVERAGES: Can be brought into the room without a food permit.
SET UP / CLEAN UP: Any set up or rearranging of tables and chairs is the responsibility of the guest. Trash should be removed and the room left neat and orderly.
